TimberRock Farms is located in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina on the out skirts of Charlotte, North Carolina in a little town called Albemarle (see map).

Ivan and Deborah Burris own and operate the family farm.  Ivan is a licensed electrician and has a full time job outside the farm.  Deborah is employed in the educational system and is a registered nurse.  We have been married for 31 years and have two daughters. 
 
Our farm is a second and third generation farm.  Ivan was raised on one tract of the farm and has been exposed to and farming his entire life.  On our farm we have raised a variety of livestock that includes swine, equine, cattle and goats.  Today, we specialize in boer goats and black angus cattle.  Our farm consists of three ponds, pastures, hay fields and timberland with a variety of wildlife such as white tail deer and wild turkeys.  
 
The farming philosophy is to provide our herds with the best quality of feeds and grazing pastures and to supplement with a balance of vitamins and minerals that will produce healthy and productive boer goats and black angus cattle.  We use an intensive grazing system to reduce the need of chemical parasite control and to ensure a top quality natural feeding environment necessary for the growth and development of livestock.  To ensure and maintain green pastures, control parasites and provide healthy and happy boer goats and cattle we rotate the herds from one pasture to another.  We keep our herds on a strict vaccination and wormer program.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  TimberRock Farms strives to be the best source for Boer Goats For Sale In North Carolina and Black Angus Cattle For Sale In North Carolina.
